How Can I Join the JCPNA?

Per the JCPNA By-laws:

The boundaries of the Jerry Cline Park Neighborhood Association (JCPNA) are Louisiana Boulevard on the West, Pennsylvania Boulevard on the East, Lomas Boulevard on the South, and U.S. Interstate 40 on the North.

Regular membership is available to residents and property owners of the JCPNA area who are eighteen (18) years of age and older. There is one vote per paid regular membership.

Business memberships are limited to any person or legal entity that operates a legal place of business within the JCPNA area. There is one vote per paid business membership. Dues are two dollars per regular member and fifteen dollars per business member. Dues may be prepaid one year in advance. Annual dues paid are effective from the date of payment through the date of the Annual Meeting of the "following year." New memberships are available at any time during the year by submitting payment to the Treasurer.
