JCPNA's Tax Status

The JCPNA is an incorporated nonprofit corporation in the State of New Mexico and is a Section 501(c)(4) organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are not a charitable organization, and contributions or gifts made to the JCPNA are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
